What You Will Get To Do:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team on a 5-month contract basis. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing for our Malaysia and Singapore operations, covering approximately 270 employees. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate salary payments, compliance with statutory regulations, and smooth payroll system operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and Singapore (approx. 270+ employees).
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems to comply with company policies and local statutory requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory payments and filings in both countries.
  • Keep up-to-date with labour laws and tax regulations to maintain payroll compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare Malaysia year-end tax submissions (EA form for employees and BE form to LHDN).
  • Prepare Singapore's IR8A Tax submission and IR21 tax clearance.
  • Any other add-hoc tasks.
