- Champion transformation initiatives, process automation, and the execution of regional operating models
- Strengthen the company brand within the industry through participation in industry events and forums.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities.
- Be a thought leader on regulatory, market and industry developments who can translate client concerns / interests into SS&C solutions – ensure compliance
- Partner with the Conducting Officers, Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Governance to maintain a robust control environment
- Effectively communicate and negotiate on behalf of the company with group colleagues, shareholder representatives, partners, regulators and industry stakeholders
- Deliver against financial targets -revenue and cost
- Lead and develop a high-performing local Management Team, fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and talent development.
- Foster a culture of performance excellence, professionalism, accountability and client satisfaction
- Maintain executive level relationships with clients and strategic partners
- 15 years senior leadership experience in asset management or financial services management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European languages are an added value.
- Strong public speaking and presentation capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Luxembourg fund administration and regulation
- Collaborative in approach with strong emphasis on delivery and execution
- Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making abilities, strong commercial acumen and growth orientation
- Flexible person with ability to balance competing priorities against operational needs and regulatory rigor while maintaining calm persona.
- Experience engaging with regulators, boards, executive committees, and senior client stakeholders.
