Job Title: Client Service Manager, Institutional Liquidity

The Client Service Manager, Institutional Liquidity will act as a key relationship and service lead for institutional liquidity fund clients and distribution partners. Combining deep liquidity-product expertise with strong operational oversight, you will partner across Calastone and SS&C to deliver an exceptional client experience, resolve complex servicing challenges and support the continued development of our global liquidity servicing model.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Serve as the primary account manager and escalation point for institutional liquidity fund clients, distribution partners and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and liquidity product expertise.

  • Build trusted client partnerships through proactive engagement, consultative support and effective resolution of complex operational and servicing challenges.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on liquidity products, money market fund operations, onboarding requirements, settlement processes and regulatory developments.

  • Lead complex client initiatives, support onboarding activities and service enhancement opportunities, while identifying innovative solutions to improve the client experience.

  • Partner across Relationship Management, Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance and other business functions to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth initiatives, including RFI/RFP activities.

  • Provide governance oversight of the global Follow-the-Sun operating model, ensuring effective regional handoffs, operational continuity and adherence to control frameworks.

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, process gaps and cross-functional dependencies while driving accountability and operational excellence across stakeholder groups.

  • Lead the investigation, coordination and resolution of high-priority client and operational escalations, providing clear stakeholder communications and timely issue resolution.

  • Support continuous improvement through governance reviews, control assessments, process optimisation and enhancements to documentation, operating procedures and service delivery models.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in mutual fund client service and/or operations, with a focus on liquidity or institutional clients, including experience supporting T+0 or other highly time-sensitive transaction environments.

  • Knowledge of financial account-opening documentation requirements across multiple jurisdictions is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills, with the ability to analyse data and use data-driven insights to support decision-making, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement.

  • A career-oriented, highly motivated and self-starting approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment while managing competing priorities.

  • Efficient time management and strong organisational skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans and programmes.

  • Proficiency with business productivity tools, including spreadsheets, data management, project management and presentation software.
