Job Title: Head of Brokerage Solutions

Locations: Edina, MN

About the Role

We are a growth-oriented financial services company seeking a senior leader to own and scale a strategic book of business supporting broker-dealer clients. These clients leverage our platform for subaccounting, product operations, and servicing, historically focused on mutual funds—but evolving rapidly as the brokerage landscape changes.

This role is accountable for client growth, new logo acquisition, product expansion, and revenue growth of 5–8% annually within an increasingly complex and global brokerage ecosystem. Success will require deep industry relationships, strong leadership, strategic creativity, and the ability to ideate alongside clients and technology partners.

Mutual funds alone will not sustain future growth. We are looking for a leader who can help redefine how operational and servicing capabilities support the next generation of brokerage products.

How You Will Make an Impact 

Client & Revenue Leadership

  • Own and grow a multi-client book of business within the broker/dealer space

  • Expand existing relationships by introducing new capabilities, products, and servicing models

  • Lead new logo acquisition across brokerage firms, custodians, and platforms

  • Maintain and deepen C-suite relationships (COO, CIO, Head of Operations, Head of Product)

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Deliver sustained annual growth of 5–8% through a mix of client expansion, innovation, and new client wins

  • Identify opportunities beyond traditional mutual fund subaccounting, including:

    • New product structures

    • Enhanced data and reporting services

    • Operational support for evolving investment vehicles

  • Partner with executive leadership to define the future-state operating and product strategy for broker/dealer clients

AI & Innovation Leadership

  • Help shape how AI and automation are applied to:

    • Client servicing models

    • Operational scale and efficiency

    • Data, reporting, and insights for brokerage clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners to translate AI capabilities into client-ready solutions

  • Act as a thought partner to clients navigating the same AI-driven transformation

Globalization & Market Evolution

  • Understand and anticipate the impact of globalization, regulatory complexity, and cross-border operations on broker/dealers

  • Support clients as they scale operationally across geographies and product lines

  • Ensure servicing and operational strategies remain resilient and competitive in a global market

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team across operations, client service, product, and partner management

  • Foster strong collaboration with internal technology teams and external vendors

  • Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centric problem solving

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in broker-dealer operations, asset management servicing, subaccounting, or related financial services

  • Deep understanding of brokerage operating models, product servicing, and regulatory environments

  • Proven success growing revenue and expanding client relationships within brokerage firms

  • Well-connected in the broker/dealer ecosystem, with strong C-suite relationships preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to:

    • Lead large, complex client relationships

    • Drive growth beyond legacy products

    • Partner effectively with technology and product teams

  • Experience leading teams through change, modernization, and growth

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline
