Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise AI transformation strategy across engineering
• Deliver ≥30% productivity improvement enabling workforce reduction
• Redesign workforce and operating model
• Embed AI across development, testing, DevOps, and support
• Protect critical regulatory and revenue-generating programs
• Establish governance, tooling standards, and ROI tracking
• Build AI Center of Excellence
Success Metrics (6 Months)
• Measurable improvement in engineering productivity (20–40% in initial target projects)
• Maintained or improved quality and defect rates
• Measurable financial ROI delivered
Operating Priorities
• Protect regulatory and compliance work
• Prioritize revenue-generating products
• Eliminate or pause non-critical initiatives
• Maintain minimum viable KTLO capacity
• Balance cost reduction with delivery continuity
Experience Required
• 15+ years in large-scale technology organizations
• Proven enterprise transformation leadership
• Deep expertise in AI-enabled engineering and DevOps
• Experience with workforce and cost optimization programs
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery environments

Reporting Line
Reports to Head of Technology for GIDS and Retirement Solutions US
Key stakeholders include IT Leadership Team, Product, Finance, HR, Architecture, and Business Units
