DIRECTOR - INVESTOR SERVICES
Shift: Afternoon
Office Location - Mumbai - Airoli/ Goregaon
DO: (Job Description)
- Ensure effective On-the-job as well as Cross trainings to ensure adequate conceptual understanding within the team
- Coordination / Liaison with other departments & global leadership
- Design and implement all required controls
- Design and implement a robust MIS systems
- Manage international client relationships
- Spearhead Innovation and drive complex projects, participate in UATs
- Manage key transitions effectively within agreed timeframes
- Improve client survey controls for clients operating on Full Service Model
- Give effective leadership for smooth functioning of the process and strategic leadership for consistent improvement
Display: (Desired Skills)
· Management graduate or Equivalent preferred.
· Good Communication skills
· Analytical approach towards the process flow
· Relevant experience in Investor Services/ transfer agency
· Ability to manage large - size teams
· Ability to propose viable solutions to problems
