What You Will Get to Do:
As a Digital Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative digital experiences across the Superannuation and Wealth landscape. Working closely with the Product Manager, you'll translate product strategy into clear, actionable outcomes and guide new digital products from concept through to successful launch. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure each product aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Key areas of this role include:
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams to design and build secure, scalable digital products.
- Create wireframes and user journeys, working closely with UX designers to bring intuitive and engaging experiences to life.
- Assist in market research and validation, analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of features.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
What You Will Bring:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Proven experience in digital product development, ideally within financial services, superannuation, or wealth management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience working with APIs, data platforms, or cloud-based technologies is a desirable.
