What You Will Get To Do:
Leads the digital delivery stream for a complex program, acting as the primary client interface and coordinating planning, scope, change, testing readiness, reporting, risk management, and digital cutover activities to ensure a successful go‑live.
This role will be hired on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client across the digital workstream and associated integration activities.
- Coordinate and track critical client inputs required for go‑live, including client‑provided content and approvals.
- Schedule and manage client showcases and reviews in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Manage the client integration stream, ensuring alignment to agreed digital integration scope.
- Own the high‑level digital delivery plan and ensure delivery teams provide timely inputs to maintain the master schedule.
- Work closely with UK‑based program management and Australia‑based delivery management to coordinate day‑one digital scope delivery.
- Manage client change requests for the digital scope, coordinating impact assessments and formal responses.
- Work with delivery management to plan and coordinate delivery of post–day one (day 2+) change requests.
- Ensure clarity and control of in‑scope versus out‑of‑scope digital deliverables.
- Partner with the program test team to support development of test scenarios.
- Provide high‑level oversight of testing readiness across the digital stream.
- Support defect acceptance and resolution processes during testing cycles.
- Prepare regular reporting, including fortnightly steering committees, monthly joint steering committees, and ad‑hoc updates as required.
- Provide transparent status reporting across scope, schedule, risk, and delivery readiness.
- Proactively identify, raise, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across the digital workstream.
- Lead digital cutover activities, including authentication migration (Auth0 to Keycloak), proof of concept, and end‑to‑end coordination.
- Develop and manage the digital cutover run sheet.
- Contribute to Go/No‑Go criteria and readiness assessments.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing or related digital roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web development processes, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in financial services or FinTech is highly desirable.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is an advantage.
