What You Will Get To Do:

The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships across a portfolio of regional or strategic clients. This role focuses on driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions. Operating with a high level of autonomy, the role requires strong problem-solving capability, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Client Success Manager works closely with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value creation.

  • Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of regional or strategic clients

  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Proactively identify client needs, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations and solutions

  • Oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement to ensure successful outcomes

  • Monitor client performance against agreed service levels and address any gaps or issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, technology, product) to deliver client solutions

  • Lead or support projects of moderate scope, ensuring timely and quality delivery

  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members

  • Prepare and deliver client reporting, reviews, and insights to stakeholders

  • Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in Finance, Investment Operations, Fund Administration, or Software Development is advantageous

  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with sound judgement and decision-making capability

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

  • Collaborative approach, working effectively across teams and functions

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to assess issues and recommend practical solutions

  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset
