Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Manager to join our team at GlobeOp India - NKP Goregaon. This role involves overseeing operational processes, managing a team, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, resolving problems effectively and communicating resolutions to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
* Prepare and present reports on team performance, operational metrics, and key achievements to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
* Contribute to the training and onboarding of new team members.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent understanding of financial market operations, particularly within the back-office or middle-office functions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
