Comprising over 125 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) delivers expertise in program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. These capabilities support more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects within the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS), as well as clients in PEO Ships, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), and the Office of Naval Research (ONR). SPA is seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Manager to work in our downtown Washington, D.C. office located at 20 M Street, SE. Hybrid work is allowed, but you must have the ability to work at least 3 days per week in the office on average.#F Responsibilities We are seeking a mid or senior-level Test and Evaluation (T&E) Manager to provide support within the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). You will be expected to work with the Government Assistant Program Manager (APM) for Test and Evaluation to apply T&E expertise during the planning, execution, and closure of test events. To this end, a successfull candidate will lead Technical Interchange Meetings, T&E Working Groups, and other meetings as necessary; lead the planning, execution, and closure of Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and Test Execution Reviews (TERs); and serve as a main Test Witness during testing events at government and industry facilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders across industry and Government to ensure program requirements, capabilities, planning, and development supports program schedules and requirements. You will maintain and update program documentation, including, but not limited to, program testing schedule(s), Test & Evaluation Program Plan (TEPP), Test Plans, Test Procedures, Trouble Reports, Requirements Traceability Marixes, T&E Risks, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables. A hybrid work environment is allowed, but you must have the ability to regularly work on-site in DC (3-4 times per week) and travel up to 25% of the time while tests are occurring. Washington, DC Pay Transparency Range: $110,000 – $135,000. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Ability to work onsite near the Washington Navy Yard Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline 4-10 years of relevant experience, including prior testing experience Current Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment Desired Qualifications: Experience with the US Navy or prior SPA internship experience Experience with military systems Familiarity with the DoD Acquisition process
