- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in DoD acquisition or programmatic support
- Active DOD SECRET security clearance with ability to maintain the clearance throughout employment

Responsibilities
We are seeking a senior Program Analyst to provide direct administrative and programmatic support to the Future X-Band Radar (FXR) Assistant Program Manager in support of the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0). The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work part-time telework and part-time at SPA's 20 M St. office or Washington Navy Yard. Little to no travel is expected (<5%).
You will be expected to support a high-performing and fast-paced Program Office. You will be expected to drive efficiency and collaboration across the team by proactively managing planning and communication, formal documentation, briefs, strategies, risks/issues, reporting, and information flow. We expect you to provide educated advice and deliverables to the level of SPA's highest quality standards—delivered on time, error-free, and suitable for the intended purpose.
You will be expected to work with the SPA IWSG FXR Task Lead, IWS2 FXR Assistant Program Manager (APM), and IWS2 FXR Project Manager to acquire, track, and maintain program status and action items and compile briefing material for regular status and staff meetings; coordinate all aspects of the APM/PM schedules; and assist with ad-hoc tasking and special projects as needed. Assist in the development of the acquisition documentation, maintain and update program documentation, including, but not limited to, program schedule(s), organization charts, program status and leadership briefings and other documentation as required.
DC Salary Range: 80-110k.
