The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues. SPAs NATO Allied Command Transformation Group within JOID provides capability development, portfolio management, program management, quality management, cost estimation analysis, standardization, reporting, software solutions and information management, and capability management support. We also provide an improved capability requirements capture process, including the generation, documentation and tracing of user requirements, with appropriate technical scrutiny, over the entire lifecycle of the requirements from capability definition through capability realization and capability usage. We have a near-term need for a Nuclear Consultation Secretariat Coordinator to provide onsite support out of Allied Command Transformation (NATO) in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities The candidate will support the NC3 Program Director (PD) in maintaining comprehensive knowledge over the planning and execution of all Programs and Projects (configuration/administration of key Program documents). Will support the Branch by assisting in stakeholder engagement and communications regarding all key engagements with ACO, Nations, and NATO HQ, helping to liaise and facilitate information flow/exchange with appropriate counterparts throughout the Alliance and support cross-functional management regarding the NC3 program and ACT processes and procedures. Manage IKM through coordination and manage an effective and efficient iCMO IKM (Share Point, EDMS, TRANSNET, mailboxes) to enable full and timely accessibility to all relevant Management and Governance documents. Enable induction of new iCMO staff members (course/training coordination, IT account/access/equipment coordination). Support management and coordination of program-related meetings, support Tasker Tracker requirements, support engagement and communication to the broader NATO NC3 Community of Interest, and support the creation of MS Office products for internal and external reporting. Qualifications Required: Associate's degree or higher. 3+ years of demonstrable working knowledge/experience in administration and management (IKM, event organization and coordination, human resource management, or equivalent). Demonstrable working knowledge/experience in multinational/international organizations or defense and security-related organizations. Experience in management/coordination in a Portfolio, Programm, and Project Management environment. Active NATO or National SECRET clearance. Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
