Elements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Salary Range: $185k to $234k. SPA has an immediate need for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Financial Analyst-Policy Analyst. Responsibilities Analyze and support Army financial management policies to ensure they align with OSD, OMB, UST, and FASAB regulations. Modernize Army policies by reviewing, analyzing, and updating them for clarity, relevance, and compliance with all applicable regulations. Gather and synthesize information from diverse sources to ensure accurancy and present clear finding. Proficiency in presenting complex information clearly and effectively. Work with other analysts to produce comprehensive reports and briefings. Deliver structured reports to senior leaders and other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree At least 8 years experience in Army Policy At least 20 years of experience with no degree Expert grasp of MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel Mastery of skills in time management and teamwork, including organization, Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Active SECRET clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
