Our Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio supports the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC); the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Financial Management and Comptroller (FM&C); the U.S. Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM); the Defense Health Agency (DHA); and many other DoD customers. We ensure the Army FM systems and processes are modernized and integrated to provide a complete range of financial and cost information needed for the Army to conduct business transactions, provide accountability to the public, and to support performance reporting and decision making. We provide effective functional systems support, user technical support, training support, and governance support of the Army's modernized and deployed FM domain ERP systems (GFEBS / GFEBS-SA / GCSS-A (Finance)), ensuring technological capabilities maturation and evolution aligns with Army and FM domain goals and objectives.  

We are looking for an Executive Administrative Support Analyst to join our team to support the Army's Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires' Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD). 


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative, organizational, and program support to IFD leadership and staff.
  • Support daily operations, executive engagements, meetings, correspondence, task management, briefings, schedules, and other administrative requirements necessary to maintain effective directorate operations.
  • Coordinate actions across PAE Fires, IFD Functional areas, program and project offices, Army organizations, government personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Track suspense dates, prepare and coordinate information for leadership, maintain organizational records, and support recurring battle rhythm events and senior-level engagements.
  • This position requires strong judgment, organization, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance 
  • 3-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience providing executive, administrative, program, organizational, or office support
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate actions, and maintain accurate records and schedules
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with leadership and team members
  • Ability to work in the Huntsville, Alabama area and support the IFD mission in person five days per week, eight hours per day. Telework is by exception based on mission requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior Army or DoD leaders
  • Experience preparing executive-level correspondence, briefings, meeting materials, or decision-support products
  • Experience managing organizational taskers, suspense actions, and recurring battle rhythm requirements
  • Experience supporting classified organizations or environments
  • Familiarity with Army administrative processes and systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
