Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• MA/MS Degree
• 5+ years of experience supporting the development of technical analyses and assessments, including CDL waveform specifications for CDL-capable systems 
• 2+ years of experience supporting the DoD PPBE process, acquisition process, and JCIDS process
• Expertise in acquisition and development of capabilities for CDL and ISR communications systems
• Experience conducting Cost/Schedule/Performance analyses of CDL and communications acquisition programs
• Knowledge of data-enabled capabilities, data analytics and artificial intelligence
• Experience supporting major DoD staffs (OSD and/or Joint Staff experience preferred)

The candidate will support the C4ISR Directorate within the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Strategic, Space, and Intelligence Portfolio Management. The C4ISR directorate within DASD (SSIPM) conducts portfolio management of the modernization and sustainment of DoD common data links (CDL), and ISR-related communications capabilities and systems. The Analyst will assist the government in developing, updating, and maintaining CDL and ISR Terminal databases; track and analyze CDL modernization; and conduct technical analyses and assessments of CDLs in support of Integrated Acquisition Portfolio Reviews (IAPRs) and Competitive Acquisition Pathfinders (CAPs). The Analyst will also support all elements of the Defense Acquisition System, JROC processes such as JCIDS and PPBE, and the legislative process. Will also conduct interoperability, design, and performance studies of Geospatial and Signals Intelligence capabilities.
