The Supply Chain Intern will support day‑to‑day supply chain operations across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial coordination. This role provides hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. The intern will work closely with cross‑functional teams to help ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support demand and supply planning activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting

  • Assist with supply planning, inventory management, and materials coordination

  • Track purchase orders and deliveries

  • Help monitor key supply chain KPIs (inventory, lead times, forecast accuracy)

  • Coordinate planning activities with suppliers and internal teams

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

  • Support data accuracy and master data maintenance in ERP or planning systems

  • Assist with automation or digitalization initiatives where applicable

  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, sourcing and customer service

  • Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and learning sessions

  • Gain exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain decision‑making in a manufacturing environment

 

Key Ingredients:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration

  • Fluent in English (C1). German fluency will be considered as a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); Power BI or similar tools a plus

  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

  • Curiosity, learning mindset, and willingness to take initiative
