POSITION PURPOSE: 

Forklift Operators are responsible for the picking and staging of the Yogurt area. They are expected to work efficiently and with other partners to get the correct product ready for the day's run.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in English (be able to write, read, speak and understand)

Unit Received on WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Order Picking on WMS

Shipping on WMS

Put Away on WMS

Moves / Adjustments on WMS.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Housekeeping

Perform all process CP, CCP, QP, and CQP checks required for the position.

Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement deviations.

Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper production operation

Demonstrate identity of product and, record accurate data on production reports

PHYSICAL DEMANDS ANALYSIS:

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Requires repetitive lifting and bending
• Must be able to go up & down stairs.
• Must be able to go up & down ladders
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely

Activity and Duration:

• Standing – 6 Hour Minimum
• Bending – 3 Hour Minimum
• Sitting – 12 Hours Minimum
• Walking – 3 Hour Minimum
