  • Conduct technical inspections and internal audits in operational and administrative areas.

  • Prepare, review, and monitor Risk Assessments (APR), Risk Management Programs (PGR), Occupational Health Medical Control Programs (PCMSO), Work Permits (PT), and other HSE documentation.

  • Monitor high-risk and complex activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.

  • Guide, train, and support employees and contractors on safe work practices.

  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and non-conformities, performing root cause analysis and proposing corrective and preventive actions.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements (Regulatory Standards – NRs, environmental legislation, and internal policies).

  • Manage and control Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), including specification, distribution, inspection, and recordkeeping.

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HSE management systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).

  • Monitor waste management, environmental aspects, and impacts, proposing improvement actions.

  • Prepare technical reports and performance indicators, presenting results to leadership.

  • Support operational leadership in HSE-related decision-making.

  • Promote and disseminate the SHE culture across the factory.

  • Act as the legally responsible technical professional for Safety and Environment at the Porto Feliz plant.

Job Requirements
  • Technical degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, or related fields.

  • Active professional registration with the relevant regulatory body, when applicable.

  • Proven experience in the HSE field.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), environmental legislation, and management systems.
