Administrative Assistant
Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative support to leadership, departments and teams.
- File maintenance, arranging meetings, correspondence and other administrative functions.
- Primary contact and support for external visitors and assisting with vendors.
- Must be able operate phone system and provide good customer service to callers.
What you need to succeed:
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- 1-2 years office/administrative experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain “confidential” information
- Demonstrated ability to handle multi-task functions

Up to $25.30 depending on experience and qualification
