What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
• Work with treasury accountant to manage daily and monthly cash needs utilizing available lines of credit to ensure cash is available for business needs.
• Maintain debt roll forward schedules and prepare related journal entries.
• Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations.
• Oversee monthly accounting close activities related to the Treasury.
• Assist in year-end financial audit and annual bank audit, including footnote preparation.
• Prepare quarterly and annual debt compliance reporting.
• Prepare monthly borrowing base calculation.
• Support equipment leasing program.
• Assist in treasury internal control compliance.

Requirements to Be Successful in This Position:

• Knowledge of financial processes, financial reporting, and general finance calculations.
• Analytical skills:  Ability to understand, analyze, and draw insights from financial statements.
• Instructing/Coaching: Able to coach and mentor Team Members.
• Problem Solving: The ability to break down a problem, find a solution, and implement a plan
• Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and positively with team members and customers.
• Integrity: A high level of integrity that exemplifies unwavering honesty, trustworthiness, and fairness.

Preferred Education/Experience:

• MBA, MAcc or equivalent Graduate Degree in finance.
• 5+ years' work experience in treasury or financial-related roles, public accounting experience a plus.
• CPA or CTP Certification is encouraged but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, OneStream, and Oracle.
