A Day in the Life

Reporting to the National Sales Analytics Manager in Mississauga, you are a strategic partner driving data integration for our expanding salon network. You will own the narrative behind the numbers to guide business decisions.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Data Integration: Lead acquisition data mapping from legacy systems to ensure 100% integrity.
  • Performance ROI: Quantify promotional sales impact to optimize budget planning with Finance and Sales.
  • Client Insights: Build tracking models for VIP client behavior to identify growth pockets and churn risks.
  • Business Partnership: Translate complex, fragmented data into clear, actionable summaries for field leadership.
We Are Looking For
  • A completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Data Analytics: Expert Excel skills (Power Query, modeling) and Power BI/Tableau experience.
  • Planning & Business Analysis: Strong skills in sales forecasting and regional deep-dive reporting.
  • Initiative: A proactive "data hunter" who automates manual processes under pressure.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional ability to synthesize insights for non-technical stakeholders.
