DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE TEAM LEAD - SALONCENTRIC

A Day in the Life
As an E-commerce Team Lead for SalonCentric, you will play a key role in developing our online presence, our global digital strategy and lead a dedicated team to achieve our sales goals. Reporting to the E-commerce Director, you will be responsible for the performance, including CRM and paid media, and optimization of our platform in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- E-commerce & Digital Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagement on our platforms. Supervise key functions, including SEM, Meta and CRM.
- Team Management: Coach, train, and motivate the e-commerce team on a daily basis to ensure performance targets are met and to foster talent development.
- Performance and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (traffic, conversion, average order value) to identify optimization opportunities and produce relevant reports.
- Project Management: Lead various digital projects, from promotional campaigns to user experience improvements, coordinating internal and external resources.

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in E-commerce.
- E-commerce Analytics & Performance: Ability to use data to develop effective e-commerce strategies and measure their success.
- Digital Project Management: Competence in leading digital projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Traffic & Acquisition: Know-how to define and deploy strategies to attract qualified traffic.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
- Fluency in both English and French is required as the scope for this role is across Canada.
