SAIC is seeking a part-time Training Analyst Consultant to support our team in Huntsville, AL. 

This position is 100% remote.

The Training Analyst Consultant will be responsible but not limited to the following:   

• Develop, direct, plan, and evaluate Cybersecurity Curriculum Content

• Conduct needs analysis, custom course development, and evaluation criteria

• Instruct and organize course content in educational institutions

• Develop and deliver learning activities, demonstrations, course content, materials, and visual aids

• Create and support various instructional formats (lecture, lab, CBT, WBT)

• Develop exams and evaluate participant's learning outcomes

• Monitor and enhance training programs

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree and eighteen (18) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree

 Required Clearance: 

• None

Required Skills:

• Review Tech+ Curriculum units and make suggestions to the SME team

• Work with the SMEs to create / modify content as needed

• Work with the content review team to make sure all activities and labs have been reviewed

• Work with the instructional design team to review any material they need reviewed or modified

• Provide status of curriculum development to the SAIC project manager

• Keep the curriculum team on the timeline for completion

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
