SAIC has an immediate opening for a Technical Systems Integrator. The candidate must be a forward-leaning, self-starter, and have the ability to balance multiple technical projects, be organized, detail-oriented and able to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure a variety of activities are organized and accomplished. The role requires project management, governance, and metric tracking support. The candidate will need to leverage strong verbal and written communication skills to perform the necessary outreach, collaboration and engagement with intra/inter-organizations. This position requires strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, working as part of a team and experience performing milestone driven, programmatic developments. Key responsibilities will include:
- Translate complex technical information into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other written materials to convey technical information to diverse audiences
- Monitor project progress and propose adjustments to plans and schedules as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the implementation and evaluation of solutions, driving successful project outcomes
- Coordinate external engagement activities, facilitating meetings and other interactions as necessary to advance project goals
- Prepare, review and disseminate executive-level materials, including briefing packages, memos and meeting agendas
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of executive level materials
- Track and respond to email correspondence in a timely and accurate manner, engage with Home Component and other Organizational partners as needed
- Support technical communications and business management efforts within the office and with other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing
- Support drafting and coordination of official reports
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience can be substituted for the degree
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
- Experience working within the IC with specific focus on science and technology
- Experience working in highly technical areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing program requirements, priorities, and timelines with a willingness to pivot when necessary to ensure successful project outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks
