This role is 50% travel and remote when not traveling.
Responsibilities:
- Provide system engineering support.
Description:
- Works under the direct supervision of others to perform information systems engineering, functional analysis of ATC/M system requirements, development, production, or test and evaluation of related information systems.
- Includes, but not limited to, the expertise required to conduct scans of facilities to evaluate layout, interfaces, system interactions and space constraints
- Skilled in using MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; May accept additional experience in lieu of degree.
- Understanding of the FAA's automation and traffic management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills using both technical and user-friendly language.
- Possess a flexible personality, self-motivated and willingness to multi-task.
- Detailed-oriented mindset .
Required Clearance:
- US Citizenship.
- FAA Suitability/ability to obtain and maintain public trust and customer approval.
