Description

SAIC is seeking an experienced System Integrator to provide programmatic, technical, and integration support for the successful release of critical enterprise projects within the ITS environment.

This position requires a skilled professional with the ability to collaborate across the enterprise while ensuring system compatibility without requiring privileged user (PU) access for non-privileged enterprise teams. The selected candidate will work closely with government stakeholders to enhance the management of programs, contractor-developed artifacts, and enterprise documentation while adhering to best practices. Strong integration and decision support expertise will be critical to ensure effective alignment with tactical and strategic mission objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integration and implementation of end-to-end enterprise solutions into ITS systems, including establishing alignment with government systems and requirements.
  • Assess and review contractor-developed artifacts and documentation in line with enterprise and project goals.
  • Provide recommendations to promote alignment of portfolio management, program management, financial management, technical management, system security integration, and enterprise engineering resources.
  • Facilitate existing and new forums and processes to enhance cross-enterprise integration across technical and programmatic disciplines.
  • Recommend process modifications to improve interdisciplinary collaboration and alignment across technical execution activities, enterprise decisions, and project constraints.
  • Monitor and track ongoing activities to ensure decisions align with tactical and strategic priorities and comply with previously established baselines.
  • Provide expert integration and decision support to ITS leadership and stakeholders, ensuring all decisions consider tactical and strategic priorities, key dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Develop, update, and maintain interface documentation to establish guardrails for enterprise integrations and ensure proper configuration control.
  • Document artifacts and publish standards in Government-provided collaboration systems, including SharePoint, HIVE, Confluence, or other approved tools.
  • Ensure version control and facilitate transparency of material changes to the baseline documentation, enabling organized and discoverable records within the enterprise repository.
  • Collaborate with Government ITS staff, privileged and non-privileged stakeholders, and contractor teams across the ITS enterprise to effectively implement and manage project deliverables.
  • Report directly to government leadership for prioritization, tasking, and approval of integration efforts.
  • Facilitate stakeholder inputs and alignment across technical, programmatic, and organizational teams to promote operational excellence.
  • Ensure all process products, collaboration methods, and documentation comply with applicable information handling and data protection requirements.
  • Elevate risks and issues promptly to key stakeholders for visibility and mitigation while maintaining governance over action trackers and task execution.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems integration, enterprise IT project management, program execution, or similar fields within high-security environments or IC projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting end-to-end integration of enterprise IT solutions and ensuring system compatibility for non-privileged teams.
  • Experience reviewing and assessing contractor-developed artifacts/documentation and making actionable recommendations.
  • Broad knowledge of integration processes, workflow improvement initiatives, and technical governance.
  • Proficiency in facilitating forums, collaboration processes, and decision alignment across technical and programmatic boundaries.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, HIVE, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Knowledgeable in using interface documentation standards such as ICDs and ISAs to control integration workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) mission requirements.
  • Experience overseeing configuration management and ensuring adherence to compliance and information handling procedures.
