SAIC is seeking an expert Strategic Partnerships Analyst to support a dynamic System Program Office (SPO) in Chantilly, VA. This position will support acquisition and programmatic activities for a major satellite program. The job requires comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to international partner operations, facilitating diplomatic engagement, program coordination, and stakeholder communication. We are looking for self-directed leaders who skillfully navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and bring diverse expertise to a dynamic environment focused on delivering capability rapidly. Success here requires adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to wear multiple hats in support of a high impact mission. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for international meetings, conferences, and diplomatic engagements.
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and background documents for international engagements.
- Facilitate information sharing across organizational units and external partners.
- Support development of reports, assessments, and strategic planning documents.
- Identify and assign actions to the correct stakeholders; maintain awareness of the status of response and coordinate with the stakeholders on the draft/final product to submit for review.
- Track and report on internal and external actions; provides summaries; facilitates the action tracking process.
- Manage the action tracking system and ensure the customer's group is responsive to daily action items as well as monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines, prepare periodic reports on action status, and keep leadership aware of late, pending, and new actions.
- Proactively partner with the Satellite Program Office and support staff Teams to address urgent gaps and resolve challenges that impact the Program.
- Partner with the Government Military Leader and Program Managers to strategically and tactically guide nationally-critical satellite programs through acquisition, engineering, and operational trades to achieve on-time launch and on-orbit performance.
Qualifications
- TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience. *Significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Demonstrated experience managing action tracking system(s) ensuring responses to daily action items as well as progress on actions.
- Proficient at generating metrics.
- Ability to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines.
- Experienced in preparing periodic reports on action status.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications; ability to implement and/or use an action tracking system.
- Demonstrated ability to work in high visibility customer offices.
- Effective communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment with no supervision.
- Active TS/SCI with current poly required
