 Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Develop system requirements in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders

·         Analyze mission-level objectives and translate into clear, stakeholder-oriented operational plans (CONOPS)

·         Strategically review developer's systems designs throughout all phases, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs

·         Collaborate on verification and validation test plans and reviews to ensure systems meet customer objectives

·         Provide insightful status reports, risk assessments, and identification of opportunities for multiple customer stakeholders

·         Proactively monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery

·         Assist in crafting project review briefings for executive-level milestone presentations

·         Foster collaborative relationships through timely, precise communication with customer and contractor stakeholders

·         Represent the customer with authority and expertise during key test events

Qualifications

·         Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Polygraph clearance

·         Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field

·         Minimum 9 years of systems engineering experience

·         Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

·         Experience in a technical advisory role as a bridge between technical teams and high-level leadership

·         Demonstrated expertise writing requirements documents, test plans, standard operating procedures and other standard engineering documents
