SAIC is seeking a SETA IT/Communications/SCIF Infrastructure Networking Specialist to support facility infrastructure, secure communications integration, and IT infrastructure for AI production environments. Coordinate across customer organization, potential CIO system ATO, and reciprocity agreements for cross-domain connectivity.

 

Job Description:

· Coordinate secure communications path development including customer network connectivity and cross-domain solutions

· Support network connectivity task order execution (separate from main IDIQ)

· Support IT infrastructure architecture for GPU clusters and high-performance computing

· Assist with security controls implementation and assessment for dual accreditation approach (customer SCIF accreditation, potential CIO system ATO)

· Develop Body of Evidence (BOE) for ATO package and coordinate testing requirements

· Support reciprocity planning across Designated Accrediting Officials (DAOs) to ensure connectivity and delivery schedules

· Coordinate with customer and resources on infrastructure integration

· Support network architecture and data transport planning across agencies

· Track facility and communications milestones against aggressive delivery schedule (IATT April 2027, ATO June 2027)

Qualifications

Required Education:

· Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience

 

Required Qualifications:

· 5-8 years in Networking and IT Infrastructure programs, with accreditation experience

· Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ICD 503

· ATO package development and Body of Evidence preparation

· Secure communications architectures and cross-domain solutions

· Multi-DAO reciprocity and boundary agreements

· Network architecture and high-speed data transport

· IT infrastructure for high-performance computing environments

· Systems integration

· Crypto implementation and network security

 

Clearance Requirement:

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance 

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
