SAIC is seeking a Program Integrator to support the PM TAGM office. This position focuses on providing comprehensive support for the Long Range Precision Munition (LRPM) program. This position will sit in Huntsville, Alabama. 

The Program Integrator will play a critical role in supporting leadership, with responsibilities that include ensuring the successful execution of cost, schedule, and performance objectives. The candidate will also serve as an integrator for cross-functional collaboration within the acquisition lifecycle.

Strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate across diverse stakeholders and functional teams are essential for success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead activities to ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives for the program. Provide oversight of LRPM rapid prototyping and future acquisition pathways
  • Facilitate and maintain communication and collaboration across various internal/external stakeholders, including government agencies, dependency teams. Represent leadership at key meetings and briefings
  • Develop materials such as white papers, information papers, and executive-level briefings. Respond to requests for information and ensure decision-makers and stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Draft, coordinate, and maintain critical program documentation, including milestone and risk management documents, after-action summaries, program updates, and review briefings
  • Support test activities and synchronize program-related events and activities with the acquisition timeline
  • Leverage knowledge of the DoD 5000 framework, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, PPBE cycle, and experience with Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) to support rapid prototyping and program management
  • Provide expertise in launched effects and lethal unmanned aerial systems to support decision-making and strategic planning

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience. 

Master's degree (MBA) is highly desired.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the DoD 5000 processes, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and the PPBE cycle.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level briefings and stakeholder communications.

  • Expertise with launched effects and lethal UAS warfighting capabilities/systems.

  • Demonstrated expertise across all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, including experience with Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA).

  • Experience working with Aviation and Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) platforms.

  • Proven experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program management.

Clearance:

Candidate must have ability to obtain and maintain a full Top Secret/ SCI clearance; Minimum of a Top Secret clearance required to start.
