SAIC is looking for a Technical Support Management (TSM) application Systems Administrator to support NAVSEA (PMS 377), SupShip Gulf Coast, and HII in Pascagoula, MS. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidate must be able to perform support functions for the capture of discrepancies in ship testing, compartment completion inspections, certifications, trials, and surveys to include monitoring tests, trials, collecting and evaluating deficiency data, supporting screening conferences and VTC coordination, developing POA&Ms for deficiency screening conferences, recording of deficiency screenings, and managing data entry.  Manage the Pre-Trial One-List deficiency system. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage preparations for and implementation of the Electronic Trial Cards (ETC) application used during Builder's Trial, Acceptance Trial, and Sailaway Trial for the LPD-17 class
• Manage User Directory and Process Checklists in the Technical Support Management (TSM) application.
• Train and supervise Trial Card data entry personnel located in Pascagoula, MS.
• Compliance with procedures and standards established by Defense Information Security Agency (DISA), DOD, and Navy regulatory agencies
• Providing IT technical support with Integrated Product Data Environment (IDPE) software
• Relevant experience in managing/ administering a robust software suite that manages testing and trial discrepancies.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:

• Bachelor's level degree in Electrical / Electronic /Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred.
• 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance
