SAIC is seeking a Principal Program Analyst to support SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA.  Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Support the planning and execution of program activities, reviews, schedules, and readiness events across GED initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, action trackers, risk logs, and project status summaries for government leads.
  • Assist with coordination among SETA engineers, government staff, and development contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely exchange of information.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports, briefings, and meeting materials; capture meeting minutes and action items.
  • Monitor program performance indicators and highlight issues requiring government attention.
  • Support operational readiness activities, emergency response planning, and continuity-of-operations coordination as applicable to program needs.
  • Participate in working groups, technical exchanges, and program reviews; ensure accurate documentation and follow‑through.
  • Enforce compliance with established processes, policies, and security protocols within the program environment.
  • Assist with onboarding and training coordination for program personnel; ensure adherence to program standards.
  • Contribute to risk assessment, incident logging, and issue resolution tracking in support of acquisition life‑cycle activities.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.
  • Able to obtain a Security+ CE certification and SAFe certification (SA or SPC) prior to start date.
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • 10 years of experience in operational oversight, security operations, or structured, high‑responsibility environments.
  • Experience supporting or interacting with government organizations, law enforcement, or mission‑critical operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, coordinate across diverse teams, and maintain strict compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with program or project management fundamentals, including schedule management and task tracking.
  • Experience coordinating across large organizations with operational, security, or emergency response responsibilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing detailed reports and official documentation.
  • Strong situational awareness, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
