Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Analyst to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for the collection, review, and analysis of information to make informed recommendations to the Government, developing solutions to problems by analyzing relevant data, preparing mathematical models, and understanding the organization's internal culture and relationships.
Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA
This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
- Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.
- Interview managers and employees while observing their operations.
- Develop solutions to problems.
- In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
- Prepare and solve mathematical models.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
- Three (3) year of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
Security clearance qualifications:
- US Citizenship required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance.
