SAIC is looking for a Digital Signals Processing Team Lead who will helm an interdisciplinary team of forensic media analysts for the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will identify any distinctive features and signatures associated with a source, emitter, or sender to answer a myriad of intelligence questions. Having experience in signal optimization, audio enhancement and authentication, and programming languages such as Python and MATLAB are expected.  

Qualifications

• Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph 
• Bachelors and 14 years or more of relevant experience; OR Masters and 12 years or more of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related Scientific/ Engineering discipline. (Will consider 5 additional years of experience in the area of signal processing and computer vision in lieu of a degree)
• Three to five years of experience in the area of signal processing, computer vision, rapid prototyping, and integration
• Supervisory experience leading a team of technical professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in communicating complex technical material at all levels of understanding and expertise
• Foundational knowledge of digital media forensic exploitation processes
• Familiarity with IC reporting and databases
   

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
