Responsibilities and Duties:
Leverage CyberArk in CI/CD pipelines, managing credentials/secrets in DevOps environments.
Leverage CyberArk's Privileged Threat Analytics module to detect and respond to suspicious activity or insider threats.
Managing and troubleshooting CyberArk modules, including:
Central Policy Manager (CPM)
Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
Oversee delivery of PAM, RBAC and IAM
Perform risk analysis of privileged account usage.
Develop detailed audit reports to maintain compliance.
Assess privileged access needs and identify gaps or risks, then align CyberArk's solutions with organizational objectives.
Analyze logs and audit trails to gather insights into system usage and potential security loopholes.
An expert in privileged access management processes, proactive in enhancing organizational security postures, possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, and be capable of strategic planning.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cyber Ark Engineering, with demonstrated ability to guide technological innovations.
Experience with ITIL standards and change management.
Demonstrated experience with support and maintenance operations of the Cyber Ark platform.
Experience installing code releases and software packages on servers.
Experience implementing CyberArk Vault configurations, policies, and operations, including managing privileged accounts, safes, and access controls.
Experience implementing CyberArk PAS (Privileged Access Security) solutions in enterprise environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to obtain and maintain an FDIC Public Trust
Ability to successfully pass the SAIC Background investigation to establish a start date
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, excellent organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize multiple activities and objectives to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to write effective technical documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired:
Cyber Ark Certification Level 3 Sentry certification
Ability to deliver automation using CyberArk's APIs, CLI tools, or scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to streamline the management of privileged identities and tasks.
