SAIC is seeking a Customer Engagement Analyst to serve as the front door integrator and primary engagement POC for external systems, data sources, and user communities seeking connection. This position provides a holistic interface role.
Job Duties include:
- Track and coordinate customer inquires and escalations
- Help customers craft engaging communications
- Help customers organize and deliver external trainings
- Help customers organize and host events
- Work with stakeholders to craft guidance materials
- Collect requirements for and conduct data calls and surveys
- Work with stakeholders to craft Promotional Materials for display in HHS spaces
- Coordinate and host Monthly IT POC Meetings
- Coordinate and host Quarterly Customer Meetings
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree and 0 years related experience or additional experience considered in lieu of Bachelors degree.
- 7+ years relevant experience
- US citizenship required and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with HHS
- Previous experience supporting government clients / agencies
- Demonstrated ability to guide customer partners through project engagements and communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating multi‑team technical and operational engagements.
- Ability to track, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of customer priorities.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
