The Collections Organization is seeking a Collection Analyst who can help achieve company financial goals. The ideal candidate for this position is able to work as part of a dynamic and tight-knit team, and freely collaborate with each team member. This candidate should also be able to work in an environment where work assignments change frequently. This position is 100% remote nationwide.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for invoice/project collections and executing individual plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue.
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team and be committed to achieving the goals and objectives set by company.
Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent, and minimum five (5) years' of business-related experience; OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with zero (0) years' of related experience.
- US Citizenship Required.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Costpoint, FUSION, Hyperion, DFAS, MOCAS, My Invoice, and various government payment software suites.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- A background in accounts receivable and/or government contracts is a plus.
