SAIC has an IT OCM/BRM college internship opportunity to support our Total Customer Experience group in Infrastructure Enablement. Do you enjoy supporting organizational projects, driving user adoption, and improving communication at all levels? Are you passionate about communicating with all levels of an organization, both verbally and in writing? If so, SAIC invites you to join our Total User Experience team within the Infrastructure Enablement (IE) Organization as a Business Relationship Management (BRM) Intern.

This position is 100% remote nationwide

As a year-round BRM Intern, you will:

  • Drive and support IT transformation initiatives
  • Manage and enhance communications
  • Provide expertise in collaboration platforms like SharePoint Online and MS Teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
  • Conduct impact assessments and devise strategies to address resistance to change
  • Design and deliver training materials and user guides to ensure successful adoption of new technologies
  • Facilitate meetings and develop adoption plans with user communities
  • Support and coach managers and supervisors through transitions
  • Enhance collaboration and streamline processes using SharePoint Online and MS Teams

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Information Systems, Marketing, or Organizational Change
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in designing and delivering training materials
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods
  • U.S. Citizenship

Desired:

  • Experience with M365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and associated mobile apps
