JOB DESCRIPTION: Works with limited oversight to analyze business problems, possesses significant knowledge of programs, business, and production management issues. Proficient in the methodologies and use of computer hardware and software application for items such as cost model creation, monte carlo analysis, financial analysis, and other automated data analysis systems. Demonstrated skills in performing computer driven analysis of the economic, statistical, accounting and financial principles and techniques necessary to support the management of procurements involving major systems acquisitions. Familiarity and responsibility in project and portfolio budgeting, cost control, forecasting scheduling and reporting. Prepares cost benefit or financial analysis. Familiar with JRC activities and the acquisition process to include investment analysis and cost analysis. Supports various FAA programs to include: Offshore Automation, ATS Systems Engineering Operations (ATS Ops), Spectrum Efficient National Surveillance Radar (SENSR), Non-Cooperative Radar Systems, Surveillance and Broadcast Services (SBS), Terminal Automation Modernization Replacement (TAMR), Agency Support Programs (AJM-234) and Cooperative Radar Systems.
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and two (2) years or more experience
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Target salary range: $125,001 - $135,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
