SAIC's AI and Data Portfolio is looking for a solutions integration intern to support the AI and Data Product Pillar team. This role will support the integration of cutting-edge AI and data solutions, collaborate on creative process improvements, and contribute to SAIC's mission of delivering transformative technology solutions to our customers. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in AI and data integration while working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote job that can be worked anywhere within the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and integration of AI and data solutions across various platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure seamless implementation of new features and functionalities.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integrated solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address integration challenges.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

High school and two (2) or more years of college coursework in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with integration tools and platforms is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical skills and a proclivity for problem solving.
DESIRED:

Experience with AWS or other cloud providers, or experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiar with the engineer lifecycle and software applications.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Ability and desire to learn new languages, technologies, and software applications.
Target salary range: Up to $40,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
