SAIC has an immediate opening to work on an exciting program! We are looking for a highly polished Administrative Assistant to provide support to a division, which includes several senior customer officials. The successful candidate will bring experience working in directly with customers on site, exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to follow through on tasks with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current TS/SCI with Poly
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree, or experience can be substituted for the degree
- Ability to work in an environment supporting a customer division
- Experience supporting the full range of customer needs, from schedule and calendar management, to answering and directing calls, to coordinating travel, and responding to pop-up tasks
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficiency with customer tools and systems
