Are you curious about applying Systems Engineering concepts to real-world complex solutions in the Intelligence Community? The National Intelligence Community (NIC) at SAIC seeks enthusiastic, self-starting, entry-level Cyber Security or Computer Science majors who will graduate in 2025 or 2026 and want to contribute to the nation's most pressing intelligence challenges. Qualified candidates must work well in groups and have excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, receive mentorship, and gain insight into our values-driven process. We aim to support your growth and development while empowering you for a successful start to your career. The NIC has a wide variety of technical needs; specifics of the role will be defined based on candidate experience, interests, and program needs.
Program Timeline:
- Interviewing begins in October/November 2024
- Selections begin mid-December 2024
- On-boarding activities begin in January 2025
- Internship Program begins in June 2025 and ends in August 2025
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity with substantial academic achievement
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. If selected for the program, SAIC will sponsor the clearance.
- Reside in the local area while in the internship program
- Available to work 40 hours a week for ten weeks from June 2024 to August 2024
- 2 years of completed coursework at the start of the internship
SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
