Summary
The Zone Transportation Support Manager is responsible to manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts in relations to West Support in pay and bill preparation. This role will be part the Ryder dedicated (DTS) and will have ownership of one region of accounts. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and continuous improvement.

- Proven ability to effectively root cause and solve gaps with analytical resources (Preferred Experience: Excel (Advanced formula creations/Macros), Power BI, SQL, Alteryx)

Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. Advanced required
- Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
