About the Role

This is a hybrid position combining warehouse order picking and local commercial driving .

• Approximately 60–70% warehouse / order picking work
• Approximately 30–40% Class 3 driving

You will work in both environments depending on daily operational needs.

Employment Details

• Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Location: Calgary, AB
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Warehouse shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Driving dispatch: between 5:15 AM – 8:00 AM (when scheduled to drive)

Compensation

• $25.79/hr (warehouse work)
• $26.92/hr (driving work)
• Overtime may apply based on hours worked

What You Will Do

Warehouse Responsibilities (Majority of time)

• Pick and stage beverage orders
• Build pallets for delivery
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Support general warehouse operations

Driving Responsibilities (When scheduled)

• Operate Class 3 straight truck with air brakes
• Deliver beverage products to customers across Alberta
• Unload beer cases and kegs using pallet jack or keg cart
• Perform touch freight deliveries

Essential Functions

• Follow all safety procedures and compliance regulations
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of freight
• Identify and minimize safety risks

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driver's license with Air Brake endorsement (required)
• Minimum 9 months verifiable commercial driving experience
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work and lifting
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 violation/accident in last 12 months)
