We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the corporate recruiting team and provide high-level coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will also participate in strategic improvements to department processes. This position is located in Livonia, MI.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

  • Initiate and validate electronic new hire paperwork, tracking until completion
  • Process required Department of Transportation (DOT) clearinghouse information, E-Verify, motor vehicle reports (MVRs), background, criminal, and credit checks
  • Obtain clinic authorizations for drug screens and track failed drug screens
  • Schedule direct hire and contract house interviews based on manager and recruiter direction
  • Process Chief Human Resource Officer's (CHRO) monthly expense reports and process check requests for the Human Resources department
  • Send new hire orientation information to internal staff to aid in facilitation
  • Track interview reimbursements and expenses
  • Order job fair swag and coordinate the intern luncheon
  • Update electronic new hire paperwork forms and other internal documents
  • Perform data entry and special projects

To be considered as a Talent Coordinator, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of professional administrative experience
  • Experience supporting multiple team members or departments
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects while ensuring attention to detail and providing timely follow-up
  • Strong computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters
  • Willing and able to take on additional duties as assigned

A successful candidate may also have:

  • Experience in a recruiting or human resources environment
  • Knowledge of electronic document creation
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
