Due to our steady growth, we have an immediate need for a Senior Software Systems Analyst to join our team. The Senior Software Systems Analyst will be responsible for the development and testing of vehicle software architecture for commercial and government projects. The Senior Software Systems Analyst will also be responsible for network architecture, vehicle architecture, and system integration, as well as the solicitation and evaluation of requirements, problem-solving, network, and software design. This position is located in Troy, MI.


  • Interface with customer to update and maintain lifecycle documentation
  • Perform installation and testing of input/output (I/O) and human interface controls
  • Provide network, software, hardware, and vehicle configuration updates, troubleshooting, and testing
  • Perform vehicle autonomy sensors and system, input/output (I/O) documentation, development, configuration, and testing
  • Lead external radio network optimization, configuration, and analysis
  • Work with E-Vetronics architecture, software, and hardware
  • Interpret network design documentation and theory
  • Conduct vehicle systems design, evaluation, integration, and documentation
  • Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and technical support to team


  • Must be a US citizen or US lawful permanent resident allowing for ITAR compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of system analysis or related experience
  • Direct experience with Agile Process methodologies
  • Experience developing and writing requirements definitions
  • Software development experience
  • Experiences with the engineering and integration of military ground vehicle electronics systems and subsystems
  • Proven ability to interface with and direct software developers
  • Detailed understanding of business processes: creation, refinement, and gap analyses
  • Knowledge of detailed functional design
  • Understanding of system network topology
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, solve complex problems, and think creatively
  • Strong team player and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead when necessary
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies


  • Knowledge of software systems architecture, network systems architecture, and/or in-vehicle network (IVN) architecture
