The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing the office's logistics, including document compliance and retention. The role will analyze financial data, prepare reports and compile presentations. The Administrative Coordinator will coordinate the department's events and customer visits.
As a Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Compile reports and presentations
- Analyze and enter financial data
- Manage office logistics
- Coordinate department events and customer visits
- Responsible for document compliance and retention
- Perform general administrative duties in support of the VP of Flexible Assembly
- Work cross functionally with internal and external departments, suppliers and customers
As a Administrative Coordinator, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail skills with strong organizational skills
A successful candidate may also have:
- Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
