Summary

RNDC is looking for a collaborative and energetic Sr Analyst eCommerce to join our growing sales team. The Sr Analyst eCommerce will be responsible for identifying best practices and metrics to track performance, identify opportunities and report on market eCommerce activity. Responsible to develop and deliver sales performance reporting for assigned state(s) to deliver on eCommerce campaign to meet and exceed the company's objectives by performing the following duties. 

In this role, you will
  • Deliver daily/monthly/quarterly tracking and reporting of online sales performance for corporate and state level visibility 
  • Develop dashboards that will clearly communicate process and initiative as defined by eCommerce and state sales leadership 
  • Develop tracking tools for eCommerce activities and initiatives 
  • Provide sales team with tools to maximize sales opportunities by channel and by customer 
  • Provide analysis that identifies opportunities by category, brand and by channel 
  • ROI analysis to prioritize sales opportunities and eRNDC features, as needed 
  • Maintain department financials and lead monthly business review
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; 5 years or more in related position; industry experience. 
  • Experience working with IT on documenting reporting requirements 
  • Financial or eCommerce analyst experience 
  • Knowledge and skills utilizing databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MS Access, etc.) a plus
