SummaryThe Commercial Finance Director plays a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team of associates dedicated to providing robust financial support to RNDC's Tier 2 supplier(s) within a specified Business Unit across diverse markets. Tasked with the oversight of profit and loss (P&L) delivery for their respective supplier(s), this role is the driving force behind coordinating all financial activities for a given supplier or supplier cluster.
In this role, you will- Integrates specific Tier 2 Supplier(s) Strategies into Planning Process.
- Own's division performance management processes, strategic planning, and forecasting.
- Oversees development of P&Ls, analytical models, and financial reporting.
- Facilitates communication among commercial, business finance, and FP&A teams.
- Develops preliminary Financial Growth Targets and KPIs to assess division performance.
- Monitors profit margins and identifies opportunities to drive overall profitability.
- Articulates existing performance gaps and prioritizes investment opportunities.
- Provides insights regarding pricing, volume, and mix opportunities for the supplier division.
- Assists revenue management team in identifying pricing opportunities impacting the division.
- Ensures pricing governance and program execution priorities are communicated across markets.
- Directs hiring, training, or performance evaluations of direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or another business-related field of study preferred; or two or more years' related experience in the wholesale beverage alcohol industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at 104,700.00 up to 149,600.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
